Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product then you have 14 days to notify us and return the item in its original unused condition with tags and packaging. You must contact us in the first instance either by email Sales@a2bequestrian.com or by telephone 01786841640 during opening hours. 

If the item is in anyway used, marked, soiled or has tags removed then the return will not be accepted and you will have to arrange to uplift it. 

Safety Wear is non returnable for health and safety reasons. Please only purchase if you are sure of your size. We cannot accept safety wear back once it has left the store as we cannot vouch for its integrity or use outwith our premises.
